Last year, a number of firms launched diversity committees to boost their staff intake from wider talent pools.
Wealth management and advisory firm Saltus was one of these, saying the big stand-out at the moment is in recruitment which is why it has set up an academy.
It is also looking at internships, and is hoping to attract more diverse firms through mergers an acquisitions once its own board is more diverse.
