Financial planning firm Charles Derby has rebranded to Quilter following its acquisition by the advice giant last year.
Quilter's national advice business bought Charles Derby in February last year, with the latter now rebranded as Quilter Financial Advisers.
The firm was already a member of Quilter's advice network prior to the buyout which had added 200 financial planners to the business.
The rebrand is the latest in a number which have taken place since Quilter's IPO in June 2018, with Intrinsic transitioning to Quilter Financial Planning and Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers rebranding to Quilter Private Client Advisers.
Darren Sharkey, managing director of Quilter’s national advice business, said: "This is a big step for our national advice business and marks a significant step in our integration of the Charles Derby Group.
"Advice is at the heart of what Quilter does, and the creation of the Quilter Financial Advisers brand is key to helping us build the home of trusted face to face advice."
Charles Derby was one of Quilter's biggest acquisitions last year, alongside the £46.2m deal to buy national advice company and network Lighthouse in June.
At the end of last year Dominic Rose, strategy and acquisitions director at Quilter Private Client Advisers, said the advice giant only buys about 7 per cent of the advice firms it eyes for acquisition.
