FundsNetwork, Fidelity International’s adviser platform, has appointed Sam Christopher as head of proposition, strategy and growth.
Christopher has 20 years’ experience in the industry, and has joined the firm in May this year from M&G where she was head of wealth proposition. She has also worked at Aegon, L&G and Cofunds.
Christopher replaces Danny Wynn who has been appointed head of UK and Asia personal investing and advisory operations at Fidelity.
The firm said she will "support the business’ ongoing commitment to developing industry-leading propositions for advisers".
Jackie Boylan, head of UK platform advisory business at Fidelity FundsNetwork, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sam on board. Her experience within the platform market will be invaluable in supporting Fidelity FundsNetwork’s growth and goals for the coming years.
“Sam will be utilising her extensive experience to lead on the creation of new platform tools, extending our integration capability and enhancing our decumulation solutions. We’re confident Sam’s expertise will help us achieve these goals and identify even further opportunities ahead.”
Christopher added: “Fidelity FundsNetwork is a hugely ambitious business, and I’m excited to be joining at this stage in its journey. Platforms must not only evolve and adapt to advisers’ changing needs but anticipate the challenges and opportunities which lie ahead.
“Fidelity FundsNetwork is doing just this, through its commitment to developing new and innovative solutions, and over the coming months I will be working on a number of projects to extend our offering to advisers.”
