Adviser fights Pru over wrong client premiums

A spokesperson for the Prudential said: “We apologise for the administrative errors that led to an unacceptable delay in amending pension contributions for three of Pruggmayer’s clients.

"We have since reimbursed Pruggmayer for his time and awarded each of his three affected clients compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.”
