The vast majority of our leaders come from very similar privileged backgrounds who study at the same schools and universities and perhaps even under the same teachers.
This lack of diversity in opinion, background and beliefs in the upper echelons of our society is limiting creativity, innovation and in public sectors is seriously limiting their ability to do their jobs properly.
