Are fund managers sticking with Magnificent 7 to please shareholders?

Brocklebank added: "In our experience, to be successful, managers need conviction in what they are holding. One of the dangers is over-tinkering with portfolios due to the bias towards action.

"We have found that it’s a great advantage to be able to have a long-term focus. We think it is really hard to be very successful if you have an overly short-term focus."
