Romer-Lee says he finds the industry to be fun, and has no immediate intention of leaving it, while also saying that having reached his late 50s, he is unlikely to want to set up a new company. 

Having spent almost four decades in the industry, it is likely that whatever he does next will impact advisers and their clients.
