Who were the individual and corporate winners of the 2024 FT Adviser Diversity in Finance Awards?
Guests celebrated at the luxurious Biltmore, Mayfair, hotel in London last night (June 20) as FT Adviser announced the winners and highly commended candidates across 20 different categories.
Now in their fifth year, the DIFAs recognise the achievements of companies and individuals who have gone over and above during the previous 12 months to improve diversity, equity and inclusion in their businesses, to the benefit of colleagues, clients and communities.
Entries were scored by judges from across the fields of finance, HR and charities, and winners were selected based on a number of criteria, including the depth and clarity of the strategies underpinning their work in DE&I.
You can read the full methodology, as well as case studies from some of this year's winning and shortlisted candidates, in a special report on Monday June 24 - so watch this space!
As in previous years, the Personal Finance Society was FT Adviser's industry partner in the awards.
England's rugby legend, Maggie Alphonsi, MBE, presented the awards and encouraged the room with a motivational and inspirational talk.
