The renowned Financial Adviser Service Awards are once again coming back to the Natural History Museum this week, but there is still time to book a table and get ready to put your glad rags on.
FTAdviser’s Financial Adviser Service Awards (FASA for short) are returning to the Natural History Museum’s spectacular Hintze Hall - the former home of Dippy the Diplodocus and now home of Hope the Blue Whale - on Thursday November 17.
The Service Awards are now in their 32nd year, and continue to highlight the very best in service provision to advisers and their clients from across the financial services industry.
But what does ‘good’ service look like, especially in a post-Covid world and with the economic uncertainty the UK is facing at the moment?
Have providers gone the extra mile to demonstrate their commitment to you and to your clients? And, if so, which providers have proved they really do put the customer at the heart of their business models?
The Financial Adviser Service Awards rate providers from ‘One Star’ (poor service) to ‘Five Stars’ (excellent service).
Hosting the awards, alongside members of the FTAdviser team, will be political satirist Matt Forde.
Forde is one of the country’s most in-demand stand-up comedians, satirists, and host of Dave’s topical political comedy show Unspun with Matt Forde.
He also hosts the chart-topping podcast The Political Party, which has featured some of the biggest names in politics from Tony Blair to Nigel Farage.
Forde has also appeared on TV shows such as Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You, Question Time, The Last Leg and Eight out of 10 Cats.
There will also be something special from creative entertainment group Beyond Repair.
