Progeny has appointed Andrew Priestley to the newly created role of head of client value proposition.

In June, Tenet Group and three of its subsidiary companies called in the administrators and shut down some parts of the business.

Tenet Mortgage Solutions ceased to trade but had not entered administration.

Prior to his time at Tenet, Priestley held senior roles at Skipton Building Society, where he worked for 30 years, including head of customer proposition and head of financial advice operations.

He said: “Progeny is a forward-looking company with a strong culture and as head of client value proposition, I’m excited to draw on my experience of amplifying the voice of the client to help maximise the unique nature of its multi-disciplinary services.”

As part of the role, Priestley will focus on unifying the client journey and enabling Progeny to deliver "exceptional service and experience" from the beginning to end of the process, while also seeking to drive sustainable growth and profitability for the business.

Progeny UK managing director, Caroline Hawkesley, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Andrew to the team and look forward to the laser-like focus he will bring to our client proposition and experience.

“In this new role, Andrew will bring the vision and knowledge to challenge the status quo and help us refine and rethink our approach as we look to further develop a unique and compelling offering for our clients.”
