She continued: "It's really hard looking at Zoom for two full days, and it's expensive.
“What we realised is the vast majority of that time is spent delivering the same content over and over. So instead we've recorded those exam days, so people can buy it and do it in their own time.
“It's a lot cheaper, they can go back and rewatch stuff if it hasn't sunk in, and then they'll just come along to two hour support sessions, which are a lot easier to slot in the diary, and they can talk to a tutor and ask questions."
Overall, the group plans to continue on its journey of change this year but Harrison added that she strives to hit a balance so as "not to scare" her team too much.
