Towergate grows protection offering with Solutions Healthcare

Solutions Healthcare, a whole of market healthcare insurance broker, has joined Towergate Health & Protection, after it was bought by Ardonagh Advisory.

The business will operate as part of Towergate Health & Protection, with Evelyn Christie, one of Solutions Healthcare’s directors, continuing to guide the business in a client-facing role.

Solutions Healthcare Limited managing director, Alan Christie, said: “Our business has grown and enjoyed success over the years thanks to the strength of our relationships, our personally delivered service, and our attention to clients’ needs.

“We chose Towergate Health & Protection as the new home for our business as it will enable us to offer the same great advice, as well as providing value-adding opportunities for our clients.”

Based in Glasgow, Solutions Healthcare offers advice on Private Medical Insurance and employee benefits including life assurance, critical illness, and business protection.

The business also provides an additional claims service, ensuring clients receive a fully supported, end-to-end service.

Solutions Healthcare was founded in 2014 by directors Alan and Evelyn Christie.

Towergate Health and Protection CEO, Iain Laws, said Solutions Healthcare presents a “great opportunity” to increase Towergate’s presence in Scotland with a well-respected local business.
