Fintech mortgage lender Gen H has launched an intermediaries website to “support its panel of broker partners”.

The website includes an A-Z searchable criteria hub, affordability calculator, and access to Gen H Pro, the lender’s case management tool.

The website also has new content on Gen H's real-time service levels, BDM lookup tool, and product guides.

Gen H chief commercial officer, Pete Dockar, commented: “We’re in this business to help unlock homeownership for more aspiring homeowners and our brokers partners play a key role in this mission.

“We’re delighted to bring this site to our partners to help them work smarter, not harder, in 2024, so we can all spend our time delivering better outcomes for more people.”

The lender stated that the launch of the intermediaries site is part of its promise to work in collaboration with broker partners, supporting them in delivering good client outcomes.

This follows Gen H announcing an AI-powered packaging system at the end of 2023 that helps analyse and categorise client documentation.

Gen H has also recently carried out some product-led innovations, including its homebuying bundle.

This product bundles a Gen H mortgage with conveyancing from Gen H Legal, the lender’s independent team of solicitors.
